The little red cars

During every summer parade, you see them. Grown men wearing fezzes, squeezed into little red cars, driving in circles, delighting children along the parade route and giving their parents a chuckle. "There go the Shriners again," we say to one another. But have you ever wondered why they dress up and drive those little cars?
