Proof of vaccination is not required for private gatherings held at public indoor venues such as religious celebrations, weddings, funerals, etc. Masks can be removed only when you are sitting at your table. You cannot be standing and socializing without your mask. For all gatherings, a list of all guests attending and their phone numbers will be required.

All attending must sit a minimum of 3 meters apart in order to remove their masks. Social distancing at a function, meeting, etc. is not mandatory at this time. If you are attending a meeting, masks can be removed in the meeting room, PROVIDING chairs are 3 meters apart (9 feet). If you decide to have your meeting with masks on, any individual wanting to ask a question, or make a motion or statement can approach a podium, providing it is 3 meters from any members to make their statement and can remove their mask only to do this.
For a head table at any meeting, providing the people at the table directing the meeting must be 3 meters apart to conduct the meeting without their masks on. If this is not possible, the people at the head of the table must wear their mask at all times. If they want to answer a question without their mask, they must move from the table to 3 meters to answer the question to remove their mask.
OFFICE STAFF – WA WA SHRINERS
All staff must wear their masks in their office if they are exposed to outside visitors. This means we must wear our masks when entering the building, and in our offices when outside visitors are in attendance.
